You will guide and mentor assistant teachers, ensuring consistency in pedagogical approaches and classroom management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and principles, with relevant certifications and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education. Exceptional classroom management skills, creativity, and patience are a must. You should be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
