Job Description: My Gym is currently hiring a children?s fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for basic sales, admin and cleaning - we are known for being the cleanest facility in town! Position Requirements:

• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week, including weekends
• Highly energetic
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children
• Background in fitness and/or theater (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Effective time management
• Adept sales skills
• Clean background check
• At least 18 years or older

Compensation:

• Starts at $16 per hour with a raise once training is complete and you are a Shift Lead.
• Tips from birthday parties
• Party pay! Receive your hourly rate + tips + $25 per party once fully trained
