Public Sector PMO Analyst

Remote role Full-time Open position

Job Description:

Provides support to one or more project managers to ensure standardized and consistent delivery across the entire public sector portfolio.
Supports the entirety of the project life cycle, from launch to closeout.
Run monthly burn rate reports and provide to project leadership
Coordinate with billing teams to ensure invoices are accurate and compliant
Review expense reports to ensure compliance with government and internal policies
Support project resource forecast and contribution margin tracking
Support project management activities
Update project work plan and project management plan with direction from PM
Develop/customize deliverable templates and work with delivery team to prepare deliverables as stated in client contract
Schedule and attends internal team meetings, draft agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
Manage internal team government background check activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)
Experience with Smartsheet preferred
Ability to balance multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work with teams and individuals of varying working styles in a virtual environment
Ability to analyze data sets and create charts and graphs
Ability to read and understand government contracts
Ability to obtain a security clearance if required by the contract
