Position Overview: Revolution Prep is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the Engineering and Product teams. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of initiatives that are critical to the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
  • Foster an on-time, every time culture
Team Alignment and Collaboration:
  • Inspire a team of engineers and product professionals to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.
Resource Allocation and Management:
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal utilization of talent and expertise.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource utilization to maintain profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and status reports, providing regular communication to stakeholders.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and process enhancements.
Quality Assurance and Testing:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, within an engineering and product development environment a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
