Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years in corporate finance as a CPA in New York, which gave me a strong foundation in helping people make smart financial decisions. I’m a proud Syracuse graduate, a mom to two boys (11 and 13), and when I’m not in the office, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my dog, Charlie.We’re actively involved in our community, from serving on the board of the Jersey Shore Chambers to participating in networking events, happy hours, and women’s chamber initiatives. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.   • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
