Senior Product Manager – Cyber0 (Security Platform)

Remote role Full-time Open position

About Dash0

Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.

The Opportunity

Dash0 is launching Cyber0 — a new security product line that brings detection and response (SIEM, XDR, SOAR) directly into the observability data plane. Instead of building another security silo, Cyber0 unifies telemetry across security and engineering, enabling faster incident response at lower cost.

This is not an incremental feature. It's a new pillar for the company, and we're looking for the first Product Manager to own it from zero to one. You'll define how Dash0 enters the security market, starting with SIEM and expanding into broader SecOps capabilities over time. You'll work at the intersection of security, cloud-native observability, and AI-driven workflows — turning a strong thesis into a product that customers adopt and trust.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Cyber0 product direction from early discovery through MVP and beyond

  • Drive deep customer discovery with CISOs, SOC teams, and cloud-native engineering organizations

  • Define and evolve the Cyber0 roadmap, starting with a modern, cloud-native SIEM built on top of Dash0's telemetry platform

  • Translate complex security problems into clear, actionable product decisions

  • Shape how Agent0 (Dash0's AI layer) is applied across detection, investigation, and response workflows

  • Partner with engineering on data pipelines, detection logic, and system architecture

  • Work with GTM to position Cyber0 effectively in a competitive and crowded security market

  • Ensure the product delivers real outcomes: better detection, faster investigations, lower cost, less noise

What You Bring

  • Deep security domain experience — you've worked hands-on with SIEM, XDR, SOAR, or related security platforms and understand how SOC teams actually operate day to day

  • Familiarity with modern security architecture trends: cloud-native security, security data lakes, AI-assisted workflows, and platform consolidation

  • Proven ability to operate in 0-to-1 environments — you're comfortable with ambiguity and can turn a thesis into shipped product without a playbook

  • Strong product judgment that balances customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact

  • Excellent communication skills — you can articulate complex security concepts clearly to engineers, executives, and customers

  • Technical fluency to work alongside engineers on data pipelines, detection logic, and system behavior, even if you haven't written production code yourself

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with observability platforms (OpenTelemetry, logs, traces, metrics)

  • Background in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, AWS, microservices)

  • Experience building or using AI-driven security or analytics tools

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

Why Dash0

This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company. Dash0 is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel and Cherry Ventures and led by a founding team with decades of experience in observability. We're in the middle of a massive growth phase after our Series B — and we're just getting started.

If you're looking for a place where a great product meets great people, where momentum is real and your impact is visible from day one — this is it.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary & meaningful equity participation — you'll own part of what you're building

  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich

  • €60/month phone & internet allowance

  • Location-specific benefits

  • Collaborative, fast-moving team culture with a builder mindset

  • Clear path for career growth and development

  • Direct access to founders and leadership
