The role focuses on generating referrals, building client relationships, and articulating services effectively to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) Interactions: The role focuses on engaging with other businesses in the healthcare sector. This involves contacting potential clients, such as hospitals, clinics, or medical practices, to introduce them to us
  • Referrals: A key component of the job is to generate referrals. This means that you’ll need to build relationships with current providers and leverage these connections to obtain new client referrals
  • Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to articulate our services in a clear and persuasive manner. This involves both verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Medical Sales or the Healthcare Industry: Familiarity with sales processes, client management, industry-specific strategies, and knowledge of the healthcare environment helps in understanding each client's needs and navigating industry-specific challenges
  • Knowledge of ABA Services: Knowing the services offered, how they are delivered, and their impact on healthcare delivery is important
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients is essential. This involves regular communication, follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service
  • Client Retention: Maintaining these relationships over time to ensure repeat business and referrals is a key aspect of the role
  • Remote Work: As a remote role, you'll need to be comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively without direct supervision
  • Self-Motivation: Success in this role will largely depend on your ability to stay motivated and driven, especially since you’ll be working remotely
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual communication tools, CRM software, and other remote work technologies will be important for day-to-day operations
