Media Development Representative

Remote role Full-time Open position

Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem. The Media Development Representative will manage and expand relationships with publishers and supply-side platforms, driving revenue growth and product adoption across Epsilon’s supply-side product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of publisher and SSP partners with defined revenue and growth objectives
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned publisher accounts, responding to inquiries, providing reporting, and conducting data analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline onboarding, integrations, and ongoing operations that increase partner satisfaction and lifetime value
  • Proactively surface and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align partner needs with Epsilon’s suite of supply side products
  • Analyze account performance and market trends (daily, monthly, quarterly), develop action plans, and implement to meet revenue targets
  • Provide technical guidance to support partner onboarding and integrations; coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and enable new features
  • Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and recommendations to partners and internal team members

Skills

  • 1+ years of programmatic AdTech experience at a DSP, SSP, or publisher
  • Bachelor's degree in digital media, computer science, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • More than proficient in Excel, strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
  • Demonstrates a data-driven, proactive approach and is comfortable working across multiple internal teams to deliver value to partners
  • Motivated by measurable outcomes, with a strong sense of ownership for partner success and revenue growth
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
  • Experience with SQL
