[Remote] Junior Customer Success Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meera AI is an AI-powered conversation platform helping sales and support teams improve outreach and engagement. They are seeking a Junior Customer Success Associate to support customer onboarding, communication, and account management, working closely with Senior CSMs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new customers alongside Senior CSMs
  • Assist in tracking customer progress, adoption, and engagement
  • Join customer calls and take clear, structured notes and follow-ups
  • Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items
  • Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively
  • Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar tools) with accurate data
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and basic analysis of customer performance
  • Help prepare materials for check-ins and QBRs

Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time work count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is critical)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset—you're comfortable working with data and identifying patterns
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Internship or exposure to SaaS, customer-facing roles, or startups
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel/Google Sheets
  • Interest in AI, automation, or customer experience
  • Experience with communication tools (email, chat, CRM workflows)
