Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
  • Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
  • Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • No prior sales experience required - training provided (entry-level friendly)
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere

  • Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup
  • Full-time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays
