Analyst, Asset Management

The Analyst, Asset Management role supports the management of TIAA's real estate portfolio, focusing on leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified real estate investments while working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences
- Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts
- Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
- Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market
- Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on leasing, capital projects and dispositions
Skills
- University (Degree) Preferred
- Experience in Argus Enterprise and Excel
- Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences
- Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts
- Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
- Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market

- Argus Experience
- 1+ years of real estate asset management experience
