Job description: Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for Zumba and Dance Fitness Instructors to teach/substitute teach and substitute teach Zumba classes at luxury apartment communities in Miami FL starting ASAP
Preferred availability for Zumba classes is weekday evenings (Monday - Thursday, 6-8PM) and/or Saturday mornings (9-11am). Typical class attendance is 4-10 residents. Pay is $35/45-minute class.

This individual will be a part of a quickly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high-quality service to members within the community. Seeking individuals comfortable interacting and teaching group Zumba class to the residents of said communities along with a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.
Travel to and from community is required in addition to checking and attendance tracking using our software system.
Qualifications
- Liability insurance (required) or willing to get it
- Experience in designing and implementing Zumba programs and classes
- Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or Zumba certification (preferred)
- Clock-in/clock-out and sign off training sessions using our software
- Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises during classes
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
- Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
- Be a fitness leader in the community
- Build your book and brand yourself for success
