Experienced Chat Support Associate – West Coast Hours

As a Chat Support Associate on the West Coast, you'll play a pivotal role in driving solutions to enhance the experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. You'll be part of a collaborative team that works tirelessly to provide our users with an exceptional experience through live chats, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your expertise and passion for delivering top-notch support will make a significant impact on our users' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries via our ticketing software, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues

  • Troubleshoot complex support inquiries that involve software bugs or data issues, working closely with our engineering team to resolve these issues
  • Collaborate with our engineering, partner, and corporate teams to provide information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline communication and alerts between systems, ensuring seamless interactions with our vendors and industry partners
  • Help to continuously develop and expand processes in order to streamline support workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and other daily and weekly admin responsibilities

Essential Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant, technical facing work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • 4 Year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in ticket support, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with intercom and/or other chat platforms, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations

  • Tech/start-up work experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $50,000/year - $70,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what arenaflex may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
