Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team, providing exceptional support to Fortune 500 and mid-level companies. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues over the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Creating customer loyalty by serving as a brand spokesperson and demonstrating effective selling techniques
  • Identifying customer needs by asking clarifying questions and promoting clients' products and services in a competitive manner
  • Articulating the features and benefits of our products and services through successful negotiations
  • Taking proactive steps to learn new information, report customer concerns, and share best practices with others
  • Engaging in positive interactions, effectively meeting the needs of the customer, and reinforcing trust and confidence
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to articulate their value proposition

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with computers, keyboarding, and basic practical math, reading, and comprehension abilities
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Hardwired Internet and USB headset
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Familiarity with our products and services
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation
