Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling routine customer care interactions, including telephone answering service calls, emails, chats, and video calls, while providing good telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy.
  • Managing multiple client interactions, being cross-trained on different clients, or assigned a dedicated client.
  • Processing data collection, orders, appointments, and information relayed to clients and their callers.
  • Working from home agents must comply with the Work from Home Policy.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client interactions
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual representatives are highly preferred)
  • Ability to work from home and comply with the Work from Home Policy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with data collection, order processing, and appointment setting
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
