Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, handling orders, and assisting with in-store duties. You'll work in a fast-paced team environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, handling orders and resolving any issues that may arise

• Assist with in-store duties, including receiving and stocking inventory, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Work in a fast-paced team environment, where no two days are ever the same
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling orders and customer interactions
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our customers

Physical Requirements

* Stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking and moving around the store

• Lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items
• Carry large cans and trays of pizza dough
• Push and pull trays on dollies
• Climb stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
• Bend, stoop, and crouch to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reach above 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves

Qualifications

* Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America

• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
• Ability to respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to follow arenaflex policies and procedures
• Ability to work together as a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to understand and follow all store calls, including answering phones after the first ring

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry large cans and trays of pizza dough
