Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. You'll assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options, respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims, and schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers. With our comprehensive training program, you'll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role and build a long-term, purpose-driven career.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options and respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
  • Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers to guide them in making informed decisions
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

• No prior customer service or insurance experience required (we provide comprehensive training)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable using basic technology, including Zoom, email, and other digital tools
  • 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus)
