Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Growing client revenue through exceptional relationship management and consultative skills
  • Developing innovative customer-focused solutions to drive growth and profitability
  • Increasing profitability by proactively identifying and delivering solutions that continue to add value and expand arenaflex's web of influence
  • Leading sales efforts to deliver multiple revenue streams and further penetrate accounts with a focus on driving transactions, premium revenue, and supplier revenue
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and the competitive position of assigned clients
  • Researching the marketplace and competitive products and services to highlight the value that distinguishes arenaflex products, leveraging MI, benchmarking, and technology as critical value drivers
  • Creating pricing strategies while contributing to ongoing client P&L management
  • Leading client business planning and client business reviews sessions with alignment of client needs and insights to arenaflex's offering
  • Enhancing arenaflex's value proposition through policy consultation, researching white paper needs, and technology road mapping

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of account management/customer success experience, ideally in the travel industry (industry experience is not a hard requirement)
  • The ability to recognize client needs and develop creative solutions
  • A strong understanding of the external market and in-depth knowledge of the power of arenaflex's value proposition
  • Ability to identify and understand client needs, motivations, and "hot" buttons in order to develop focused solutions
  • Shown success in consultative selling and demonstrating success in growing client profitability
  • High motivation for success and performance required
  • Confirmed innovative problem-solving and strong decision-making skills required
  • Ability to maintain an active workload by excellent prioritization and planning skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value services in a variety of contexts

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be eligible for:

  • A competitive national base salary range of $60,200.00 - $111,800.00
  • A sales incentive plan or discretionary annual bonus based on individual and/or company performance
