Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and consumer research groups to develop and implement new data entry products
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new data entry products
- Ensuring compliance with data management regulations and policies
- Providing training and support to other team members on data entry processes and procedures
Minimal Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in data entry and/or data management
- 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and consumer research groups
- Critical thinking/analytical management experience
- Experience communicating with senior government audiences
- 3+ years of experience hiring, handling, and growing both junior individuals and senior leaders
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience in a customer-centered generation business enterprise
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/environment products, or marketplaces
