Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding device learning strategies, enabling training, and scoring at scale. You will develop and own data processing pipelines, integrating streaming, advertising, and other feeds on a terabyte scale. Additionally, you will transform complex data relationships into a consumable and intuitive data model, implementing modern authoring, orchestration, and tracking tools. Your expertise in data science and engineering will enable you to drive enhancements across arenaflex's portfolio of services, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth of the business and the overall bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand device learning strategies, enabling training, and scoring at scale
• Develop and own data processing pipelines, integrating streaming, advertising, and other feeds on a terabyte scale
• Transform complex data relationships into a consumable and intuitive data model
• Implement modern authoring, orchestration, and tracking tools
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure alignment with strategic income verticals and business goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or data engineering, including fluency in ML strategies and their relation to underlying datasets
• Strong experience in Google Cloud, including expertise in BigQuery or similar SQL-based massive data warehouse
• Solid experience in Python, with a proven ability to read, write, audit, and document code
• Ability to write detailed technical requirements
• Innovative thinker able to work both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious)

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have:

• Apache Beam and Apache Spark experience
• Experience in data system orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Snowpipe)
• Proficiency in maintaining group projects in Git and GitHub
• Experience building internal APIs

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this role is $136,038 to $182,490 per year, depending on internal equity, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
