About the Opportunity

Position Overview
As a key member of our remote team, you will be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from your home office. Your primary role will be to:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions
* Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns
* Build strong relationships with clients through high-quality customer service
* Maintain and organize client documentation using our digital tools
* Conduct virtual meetings and consultations with prospective and existing clients
* Meet personal and team-based performance goals

* Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
