The Role

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing answers to basic customer inquiries, and troubleshooting technical/product issues. You'll also determine customer needs and expectations, empower customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to select the right tire for their needs and budget, and validate product requirements to ensure alignment with industry and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships utilizing basic customer experience strategies while engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner to build trust and respect

  • Provide answers to basic customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical/product issues
  • Determine customer needs and expectations and empower customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to select the right tire for their needs and budget
  • Validate product requirements such as sizing, fitment, and safety standards to ensure product recommendations align with industry and company safety standards
  • Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service

  • Must be able to sit for most of the shift
  • Must be dedicated and reliable
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based chat platforms

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 per hour
