Experienced Regional Customer Success Manager – EMEA (Maternity Cover) at arenaflex

As a seasoned professional in customer success, you have a unique opportunity to join arenaflex, a leading digital wholesale management platform, as a Regional Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. This is a maternity cover position, starting in November, with a duration of 9 months, with the possibility of extension to 12 months. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for developing global processes and strategies to be implemented on a regional level, while managing your own book of brand accounts and mentoring the EMEA team of Customer Success Managers.

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing global processes and strategies to be implemented on a regional level, ensuring high unit and revenue retention and upsell rates for the EMEA region.
  • Managing your own book of brand accounts, creating trusted advisor relationships, and driving incremental value and return on the customer's investment.
  • Onboarding, training, and developing the EMEA team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they consistently master and execute CS process and strategy.
  • Handling client escalations for the region, resolving higher-level issues, and expanding revenue in accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience from prospect to ongoing client.
  • Contributing to global team meetings and advocating for regional client needs by communicating to senior leadership and working cross-functionally with our Product, QA, and Data teams.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:

  • French speaking (business-level proficiency)
  • Bachelor's degree (desirable)
  • 7+ years of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, or Account Management (prior SaaS experience essential)
  • Ideally experience in the fashion or creative industries
  • Experience managing and coaching a team across multiple regions
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
