The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is skilled at developing strong customer relationships, promoting retention through customer-realized value, and operating at the intersection of cloud technology, financial operations, and customer impact. As a key member of our Customer and Product Success team, you'll own a portfolio of customer accounts, working closely with internal teams to educate, mentor, advise, and solve problems. Your goal will be to ensure our customers get the most out of our product and team, driving success plans and achieving customer targets, goals, and objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning a portfolio of accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion
  • Delivering customer training and education on the arenaflex console
  • Building deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders, including CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, and cloud architects
  • Identifying risk using health scores, product usage, and customer sentiment, and creating mitigation plans with internal teams
  • Evaluating and analyzing customer needs, sharing information with the arenaflex organization, and acting as a customer advocate
  • Escalating problems and customer feedback to the engineering team, product managers, and other departments
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as customer use cases, to advise customers on how to leverage our solutions more effectively

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company
  • 1-2 years of experience with a public cloud platform like GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Experience driving success plans and achieving customer targets, goals, and objectives
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with customers and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products quickly, and understand how customers use them to drive strategic success
  • A proven track record of creative problem-solving on internal and customer-facing issues
  • Accountability and personal organization are must-haves
  • High motivation, a positive outlook, and a can-do attitude
  • Curiosity and self-motivation to learn and develop professional competencies
  • Fluency in English to a professional degree (verbal and written)

  • Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps Certifications
