Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with debt collection efforts from delinquent clients, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, follow-ups, and payment processing, to ensure accurate and timely payment collection.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that customer service and collection processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment transactions, using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and analyze customer data.
  • Providing feedback on customer service and collection processes for continuous improvement, helping to drive business growth and success.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all customer interactions and transactions are conducted in accordance with arenaflex's high standards.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or collections, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving financial success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable management and debt collection practices is a plus, but not essential.
