Client Success Manager (E-commerce)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to manage and grow 8–10 e-commerce accounts. You will lead client relationships, ensure delivery success, and drive revenue expansion through strategic guidance and execution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 8–10 client accounts and lead all communications
  • Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and optimization
  • Oversee delivery across support and project work
  • Lead onboarding and transition of new clients
  • Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps
  • Monitor account health, performance, and satisfaction

Required Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics:

Technical Skills:

  • 2–3 years in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Agency roles
  • Experience in B2B and/or D2C e-commerce environments
  • Hands-on exposure to Shopify and/or Adobe Commerce (Magento)
  • Experience managing replatforms and rescuing or taking over challenged/failed implementations
  • Understanding of UX/UI and creative processes in e-commerce
  • Experience with integrations across ERP, PIM, OMS, and backend systems
  • Familiarity with leading e-commerce ecosystem tools (e.g., Yotpo, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Gorgias, Algolia, Athos Commerce)
 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Commercial mindset with focus on growth and retention
 

Nice to haves: 

  • Existing relationships with 3rd-party partners in the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and complex integrations
  • Exposure to analytics and performance tools
