Creator Program Manager

About the Role

The Creator Program Manager is the tactical execution engine of our Creator Commerce department. Reporting to the Lead Social Commerce Strategist, this role owns the day-to-day operations that keep creator programs running at scale — from research and outreach through content delivery, creator feedback, and performance tracking.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role built for someone who thrives in the details, moves fast, and takes pride in operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the Lead Strategist, our data team, and offshore resources to ensure creator programs are hitting their targets and that every creator in our ecosystem has what they need to produce great content.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Research, Sourcing & Outreach

  • Conduct ongoing research to identify high-potential creators across TikTok and Instagram, prioritizing conversion potential, content quality, and audience fit over follower count.
  • Execute high-volume outreach to recruit creators into client programs, developing and refining outreach templates to maximize response and onboarding rates.
  • Monitor emerging trends, viral content, and rising creators in real time to identify timely partnership opportunities and flag relevant insights to the Lead Strategist.
  • Build and maintain an active, well-organized creator pipeline to support continuous program growth across clients.

Brief Syndication & Content Execution

  • Distribute creator briefs developed by the Lead Strategist, ensuring each creator fully understands campaign objectives, content requirements, brand mandatories, and performance expectations.
  • Manage content timelines and deliverable tracking across active creator programs; follow up proactively to keep production on schedule.
  • Review creator content for brand compliance and quality standards; provide clear, actionable revision feedback to creators before content goes live.
  • Coordinate whitelisting on Meta and Spark Ads on TikTok, working directly with creators to secure access and resolve technical issues for the paid media team.

Creator Engagement & Community

  • Onboard creators into the agency’s Discord community and actively syndicate incentive programs, challenges, and GMV-driving initiatives to maintain engagement and encourage content production.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for creators throughout active programs — managing day-to-day communications, answering questions, and maintaining a positive creator experience.
  • Gather creator feedback and sentiment to surface insights that can improve program design, engagement, and retention.

Offshore Team Coordination

  • Brief, guide, and monitor offshore teams responsible for video vetting, brand mandatory reviews, and sample fulfillment — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all workflows.
  • Develop and maintain clear SOPs and operational playbooks that enable offshore teams to execute independently at scale.

Payments, Rights & Administration

  • Facilitate creator payments in a timely and accurate manner; maintain organized documentation of rights agreements, usage terms, and compensation structures across all active partnerships.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Pull and organize performance reports in collaboration with the data team, tracking key metrics including GMV, content volume, CTR, conversion, and affiliate participation rates.
  • Maintain accurate program trackers and documentation; surface early trends, anomalies, and opportunities to the Lead Strategist on a regular cadence.
  • Provide weekly updates on creator pipeline activity, outreach volume, content delivery status, and program health.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator program management, affiliate marketing, or social media — with a strong emphasis on execution and operational ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram, including a solid understanding of platform trends, content formats, and creator ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume creator outreach and communication simultaneously across multiple programs.
  • Experience distributing creator briefs and managing content review and approval workflows.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple timelines, trackers, and stakeholders at once.
  • Clear, professional communicator — able to engage creators with warmth and precision, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and offshore resources.
  • Data-literate and comfortable pulling, organizing, and presenting performance reports; experience working with dashboards or spreadsheets to track program metrics.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center or similar affiliate management platforms.
  • Experience managing or communicating with creator or influencer communities (Discord, Slack, or similar).
  • Experience coordinating with offshore or remote execution teams.
  • Knowledge of whitelisting/Spark Ads processes on Meta and TikTok.
  • Background in e-commerce, CPG, or consumer product brands.
