Strategic Partnership Manager

Remote role Full-time Open position

RiteScreen is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow some of the most important OEM relationships in the window and door industry. You’ll be the face of our business to key manufacturers—driving long-term partnerships, expanding component adoption, and creating measurable growth across your territory.

If you know this industry, you know the players—and more importantly, they know you.

This role is built for someone who thrives on ownership, competition, and results. Someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities—they create them.

Territory

This role covers a large, high-impact region across the South Central and Southeastern United States, including but not limited to:

Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and all of Florida

What You’ll Own

Strategic OEM Relationships

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for key window and door manufacturers across the region
  • Build and maintain executive-level partnerships grounded in trust, performance, and consistency
  • Lead joint business planning, account strategy, and long-term growth initiatives

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive profitable growth by expanding component penetration within existing OEM partners
  • Identify and win new strategic accounts within the window and door manufacturing space
  • Lead high-level commercial conversations including pricing, volume commitments, and long-term agreements
  • Champion adoption of FlexScreen, the industry’s only flexible screen solution

Industry Presence & Influence

  • Stay deeply connected to market trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies
  • Represent RiteScreen at trade shows, plant visits, and industry events
  • Leverage your network to open doors and accelerate growth
  • Expand the footprint of FlexScreen by increasing authorized licensees in your region

Execution & Accountability

  • Own your territory plan—forecasting, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Manage your time and travel with purpose to maximize face-to-face customer engagement
  • Maintain clean CRM data and clear internal communication
  • Partner closely with Operations, Plant Leadership, and Sales to deliver on commitments

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in the window & door industry or a closely related manufacturing environment
  • Proven success selling into OEM manufacturers (components experience strongly preferred)
  • Established relationships with decision-makers across the South Central and Southeastern U.S.
  • Strong business acumen—comfortable navigating both plant floors and executive offices
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with long sales cycles
  • Ability to operate independently while staying aligned with company strategy

What Sets You Apart

  • You’re competitive—and you like keeping score
  • You take ownership of results, not just activity
  • You’re disciplined with your time and intentional with your travel
  • You communicate with confidence at every level—from plant managers to C-suite
  • You understand how to turn relationships into revenue

Territory & Travel

  • Remote role with up to 80% travel across the region
  • Ideal candidates are based near a major airport within the territory

Why RiteScreen

We’re not just another supplier—we’re a category leader.

With FlexScreen, we’ve introduced a product that’s changing how the industry thinks about window screens. This role gives you the opportunity to take something differentiated to market and build real, lasting partnerships around it.
