NoPosition PurposeSupports all recruiting, operations, and day-to-day functions of the Football Office. Manages the flow and exchange of information, streamlines interactions with important constituents, and assists with key initiatives on behalf of the head football coach, Director of Recruiting, and Director of Operations. Assumes a wide variety of administrative responsibilities that require independent judgment and decision making with respect to College and Athletic Department guidelines. Contributes to the vision, mission, and values of the football program, as set by the head football coach, through responsible, creative, and effective work performance.DescriptionRequired Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge And Abilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Work experience in intercollegiate athletics, preferably Division I football,
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules.

  • Implements, plans, and supports recruiting initiatives (i.e. communications, and workflows) Provides oversight and direction and conceptualizes best practices for all football recruiting databases and systems, such as ARMS , and Whistle, among others. Responsible for direction and up keep of necessary administrative functions as it pertains to recruiting, i.e. compliance paperwork and academic and financial paperwork for PSAs.
  • Develops, prepares, generates, and analyzes ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to athlete recruitment information and data in support of recruiting for the football program.
  • Leads coordination of all on campus recruiting activities to include meals, campus tours, and other related activities associated with official and unofficial visits i.e., itineraries, lodging, transportation, and meetings
  • Hires, trains and oversee work of student and temporary employees

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the football office, such as scheduling and monitoring inventory, phone calls, mail, and e-mail correspondence.
  • Works closely with Director of Operations and other parties to execute events and tasks, such as practice, meetings, and donor events.
