- ITSM (IT Service Management) Technology and Asset Management Tools (e.g. BMC Helix or Service Now ITSM Toolset).
- Active Directory, MECM, and Helix for gathering information on IT Assets and the users of those assets
- Data analysis, quality assurance, and quality control processes
- Experience and understanding of IT asset management principles, guidelines, and processes
- Experience and understanding of Inventory Management processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding.
- Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experiences.
- This position requires a driver's license for travel between agency-based offices.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- ITIL foundation certification.
- Thorough understanding of the standard IT assets within MNIT product catalog.
- Advanced knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Thorough understanding of MNIT processes for IT asset purchasing, IT asset inventory management, and IT asset disposal.
- Experience using Tanium.
