Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficient Call Handling: Perform elite inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
- Appointment Setting and Follow-up: Set appointments, follow up on scheduled appointments, and provide valuable information to customers, setting arenaflex apart from the competition.
- Performance Metrics: Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards, driving your own success and contributing to the team's overall performance.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and one-on-one sessions to stay coached, monitored, and supported by arenaflex, ensuring continuous achievement of individualized goals.
- Regular Meetings: Attend scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members to stay informed and aligned with company objectives.
