The Role

As an arenaflex Live Chat Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting our creators by responding to customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discount offers to fans. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues efficiently, and provide an exceptional experience for both creators and fans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer messages on the arenaflex platform in a timely and professional manner

• Answer frequently asked questions, provide clear and concise information, and resolve issues efficiently
• Share sales links and offer discount promotions to fans, promoting creators' content and driving engagement
• Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent communication, resolve complex issues, and provide exceptional support
• Follow clear guidelines and instructions to maintain high-quality support and ensure a positive experience for creators and fans

Contract and Compensation:

* No fixed term contract, allowing you to work on your own schedule and flexibility

• Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your time and expertise

Requirements and Qualifications:

* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
