Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Remote Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing first-rate service and support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media platforms. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your goal will be to resolve customer queries efficiently, effectively, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat inquiries, ensuring responsive and precise communication with customers.

  • Handle customer queries across multiple digital platforms, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to improve customer experience strategies and share best practices.
  • Undergo thorough training to master the necessary skills and knowledge to support customers effectively, including:

+ Product knowledge and features + Customer service principles and best practices + Communication and conflict resolution techniques + Technical skills, including chat and social media applications

  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

* Must have access to a device capable of internet connectivity and running chat and social media applications.

  • Strong independent work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer interactions.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Must have a reliable internet connectivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment and collaborate with colleagues remotely.
