Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information and assistance regarding arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure swift resolution of issues and inquiries
