Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, reservations, and other related services
- Assisting customers in resolving issues and escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels
- Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions

Essential Qualifications
