As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of the arenaflex team, working closely with customers to resolve their queries and concerns.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email. You will also be responsible for capturing information through the customer SAP database and promoting arenaflex's brand values.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email

  • Capture information through the customer SAP database and update customer records as necessary
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries and concerns
  • Promote arenaflex's brand values and products to customers
  • Manage product replacements, refunds, and orders
  • Encourage upgrades to arenaflex's latest products
  • Provide relief reception cover as and when required

Work Schedule

As a part-time Customer Service Advisor, you will work 17.5 hours per week, split across three days. Your schedule will be as follows:

  • Tuesday: 9am-5pm (office-based)
  • Thursday: 9am-12:30pm (office-based)
  • Friday: 9am-5pm (remote work)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Prior experience within a customer service environment from an FMCG industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using SAP (training will be provided)
  • A flair for influencing and building strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
  • Availability to start in January 2025

Desirable Qualifications

* Knowledge of SAP (although training will be provided)

  • Experience working in a similar role within the industry
