Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll earn an hourly rate of $30 USD/hour, consisting of a base rate of $15 USD/hour and a performance-based bonus of $15 USD for every 10 reviews you collect. This flexible gig allows you to work at your own pace, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a part-time or side-income arrangement.

The Role: Customer Service Specialist (CSS)

We're seeking a friendly, energetic, and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSS, you'll be responsible for making warm and friendly calls to past clients on behalf of our clients, thanking them for their business, and politely asking for a 5-star review on Google. Your primary goal is to generate at least 5 reviews per hour with a high-energy tone on every call, without any sales pitches or pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make warm and friendly calls to past clients using a provided script
  • Thank clients for their business and kindly ask for a review on Google
  • Send the Google review link via SMS during the call
  • Stay on the call (when possible) to ensure the review is completed
  • Log outcomes for internal tracking and follow up with clients who promised but haven't yet reviewed

Your Goal:

Your primary objective is to generate at least 5 reviews per hour with a friendly, high-energy tone on every call. Our clients have already had positive experiences with our services, and we're confident that they'll be happy to leave a review. Your role is to make this process seamless and enjoyable for both our clients and their past customers.

Schedule and Flexibility:

We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work 1 hour per day, 5-7 days a week. You can choose your own schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for those with other commitments or preferences. We value flexibility and are open to discussing your availability to ensure a smooth and successful working relationship.

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a native English speaker with a positive, enthusiastic phone presence. While Spanish is a nice-to-have skill, it's not mandatory. Our ideal candidate is:

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Has stable internet, a phone to make calls and send SMS in the US, a quiet environment, and a laptop with camera to join Zoom calls
  • Has previous cold-calling experience (required)

What This Is Not:

This is not a full-time job (for now, but it can certainly become so in the future). It's not a sales role, as you'll only be asking past clients to leave a Google review. This opportunity is not suitable for those who can't commit to daily consistency.
