Develop and implement innovative learning strategies that align with Dropbox's overall business goals and objectives. Identify and analyze training and development needs within the organization and create targeted learning programs to address them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences, including virtual and in-person training, workshops, and other learning initiatives. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and evolve Dropbox's learning offerings. Lead and manage a team of learning professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and are effectively meeting the needs of employees. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, using data and feedback to make improvements and measure impact. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with external vendors and experts to bring in new ideas and resources to enhance Dropbox's learning offerings. Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for learning and development, promoting the importance of continuous growth and development within the organization.
