Principais responsabilidades

Mapear e analisar oportunidades de expansão da frente de pedágio dentro do ecossistema da companhia.

Identificar clientes, segmentos, parceiros e frentes internas com potencial para geração de novos negócios.

Desenvolver estratégias de hunting e prospecção de oportunidades ainda não exploradas.

Atuar de forma transversal com áreas comerciais, produtos, parcerias e demais estruturas internas para destravar e acelerar oportunidades.

Apoiar a definição de prioridades, planos de ação e iniciativas com maior potencial de geração de receita.

Estruturar análises, diagnósticos e recomendações para suportar a tomada de decisão.

Acompanhar pipeline, indicadores e evolução das oportunidades mapeadas.

Contribuir para a conexão entre estratégia e execução, assegurando tração nas frentes priorizadas.

 

Requisitos

Experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios, estratégia comercial, hunting, expansão de mercado ou áreas correlatas.

Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica para identificação de oportunidades de crescimento.

Habilidade de articulação e influência em ambientes matriciais e com múltiplas áreas envolvidas.

Perfil proativo, orientado a resultados e com capacidade de transformar potencial em ação concreta.

Desejável experiência em mobilidade, meios de pagamento, frotas, serviços B2B ou B2B2C.
