Order Confirmation Specialist

Remote role Full-time Open position

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review electronic and paper order tickets for completeness and compliance protocols
  • Confirm delivery information, insurance details, and supporting documentation
  • Work within Brightree and other internal systems to manage tickets
  • Flag incomplete or unclear orders -S team follow-up
  • Maintain same-day processing turnaround
  • Ensure 98%+ order accuracy and meet completion rate KPIs
  • Submit daily volume and productivity reports
  • Always follow HIPAA and company data security standards

 

Job Required Qualification

  • At least 1 year of US Healthcare Experience with the Knowledge & Skills required
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Brightree system experience
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Passed internal DME Service Solutions assessments (language, logic, healthcare)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured environment
  • High compliance with data security and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Patient Demographics,
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Basic Anatomy and Physiology
  • Ability to multi-task with all of the above
  • Familiarity with Google Suite apps and working knowledge of Excel
  • Must have the ability to remain focused and calm during stressful situations
  • In depth knowledge of how US health insurance works
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English clearly and professionally
  • Possess strong organizational skills and prioritization

Travel Required

  • 0 – 10%  

 

Language Skills 

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
