Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming customer queries through live chat on arenaflex's website
  • Providing accurate and timely assistance with customer inquiries, including:

+ Shipping rates and delivery information + Return policies and procedures + Available stock and product information + Other customer-related issues

  • Logging in and out of the arenaflex website at the start and end of your shift
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Access to a device capable of engaging in social media and website chat functions (e.g., Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Autonomy and a strong ability to follow provided instructions
  • Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
