This role may also involve providing guidance on additional services and accurately documenting interactions to ensure the highest level of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond swiftly to customer inquiries using phone, email, chat, and social platforms

  • Address and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive experience
  • Follow escalation protocols for complex cases when necessary
  • Efficiently process service or payment requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for ongoing review
  • Share insights on call patterns or frequent issues
  • Recommend additional services whenever appropriate

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Bring:

* At least six months of experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred)

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, strong written and spoken communication abilities
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Windows and desktop computing
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Strong logical thinking and organizational skills
  • Self-discipline to excel in a remote team-based environment
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Requirements for Remote Work:

* High-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds

  • Reliable connection with ping below 50ms, no packet loss (ISPs only – no hotspots, satellite, P2P, or VPN)
  • Ability to provide proof of internet speed
  • A quiet, private workspace free from distractions
