Job Description:
As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data across our e-commerce partners. Your responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities:
Review Product Pages for Accuracy:
+ Regularly review and verify the accuracy of product information on our partner sites. + Check for consistency in product descriptions, images, pricing, and other key details.
Communicate with and Assist Account Managers:
+ Provide support and assistance to account managers in making necessary corrections and updates. + Learn partner online portals as necessary to provide assistance as needed.
Maintain Data Accuracy:
+ Monitor, communicate, and provide assistance regarding updates to product data as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy. + Back up Customer Service when needed, such as during periods of high call volume or when team members are on vacation. ### Qualifications:
Skills:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications is a must. + Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy. + Ability to identify issues and rectify them accordingly. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
