What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through empathetic listening, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to provide informed and expert support
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant, you will need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances
  • Analytical and research skills to quickly resolve complex issues and provide informed support
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will Be a Great Plus:

While not required, experience with CRM systems will be a valuable asset in this role.
