Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian language expertise, you'll be responsible for providing fast and professional assistance to customers and business representatives via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries, process orders, and ensure seamless communication across languages and cultures. Key Responsibilities

* Provide fast and professional assistance to customers and business representatives in Hungarian via phone and email

  • Process orders, resolve customer requirements, and answer questions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform process improvements

Requirements

* Native-level proficiency in Hungarian language (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Patient and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Organized and systematic approach to work, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and reliably, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., languages, customer service, business administration) preferred
