If so, we want to hear from you! arenaflex is seeking an Experienced Customer Adoption Team Manager to join our dynamic team in London, working 3 days per week in office and 2 days remotely.

The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Adoption Team Manager, you'll lead, coach, and develop a small team of customer adoption managers, ensuring that performance targets are achieved. You'll support the team with escalations for complex internal and external queries, and work closely with enterprise accounts to onboard and manage their lifecycle. You'll also build strong stakeholder relationships, including with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and develop a small team of customer adoption managers, ensuring that performance targets are achieved

  • Support the team with escalations for complex internal and external queries
  • Support enterprise account onboarding and early lifecycle management, building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead team meetings, 1-1s, and contribute to commercial managers' meetings
  • Develop and execute strategic projects that drive business impact

What We Need from You:

* Solid experience in line management of at least 3 ICs and proven results, ideally within a customer adoption or account management team

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with your team and senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
  • Thrive in data-driven environments, using metrics to inform decisions and achieve measurable improvements
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic projects that drive business impact
