Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive first impression for our customers
• Effectively managing incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing matters to the appropriate person or department
• Providing clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors
• Handling receivables, payables, and entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets
• Balancing month-end statements and performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High volume of calls and/or emails daily
• Attentiveness and patience in dealing with customers

We're committed to providing competitive compensation for this role, with a salary range of $16.66/Hr. to $25.00/Hr. based on various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications, and qualifications.
