The Opportunity
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the face of our brand, responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Responsibilities
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and text-based tickets with accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
- Coordinating resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of successful customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
- Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
- Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a must
- Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
