Job Summary

As a Customer Project Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing multiple customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. You'll work closely with our R&D teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex technical concepts, managing project dependencies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Project planning and execution, including scope, quality, timelines, deliverables, and budget across multiple projects

  • Managing change and project scope to minimize additional unfunded work and maximize funded change requests
  • Building strong customer relationships, understanding their business challenges and priorities across multiple accounts
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to create and prioritize work items in the product backlog in line with customer plans and commitments
  • Proactive and regular communication with customers to ensure a shared understanding of status, risks, and assumptions using a combination of reports and verbal communication
  • Supporting the culture of continuous improvement within Professional Services to improve project outcomes for our customers and arenaflex
  • Managing project dependencies and impediments, particularly dependencies met by the customers
  • Proactive management of costs vs budget

Essential Qualifications

* Holder of a degree in electronic engineering, software engineering, or computer science

  • Significant experience of managing multiple software projects in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in managing customer expectations and building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and roles, in particular Product Owner and Scrum Master
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and a background in consumer video or broadband technologies
  • Negotiation skills to agree scope and timelines with customers
  • Experience of using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Project
  • Strong leadership skills to help guide and motivate R&D teams
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role within the technology industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in Agile methodologies or project management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
