Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a product and solutions expert, so you can confidently answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.

Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
• Provide legendary service to our customers by resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment

* arenaflex is a drug-free workplace that values the health and well-being of our employees

• Our Texas Branch is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261
• We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences
• Our training shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available
